Reach either Western Market Terminus or Causeway Bay Terminus at a convenient departure time. Travel aboard a 1920-style open-top tramcar around Hong Kong to see the city’s historical and contemporary landmarks.
As you travel past Hong Kong Island sights like Macau Ferry Pier, Man Wa Lane, Tak Wing Pawnshop and Statue Square, listen to lively and informative commentary on your headphones on the life and history of Hong Kong compiled by experienced tour guides and historians.
You will be passing HSBC Building, Supreme Court, Bank of China Building, Lippo Centre, Methodist House, The Pawn, Tai Yau Plaza, Times Square, Happy Valley Race Course & Jockey Club, Happy Valley Cemeteries and Causeway Bay shopping streets.
Experience Hong Kong from a 1920s-style tramcar with an open top upper deck and a vintage cabin lower deck housing a cultural heritage gallery complete with pictures, videos and genuine artefacts.
Your on-board tram host is available throughout the tour to answer your questions. Eastbound route ends at Causeway Bay Terminus and Westbound route ends at Western Market terminus.
2-day Hong Kong Tramways Access:
You can hop on the double-deck tram at any of the 120 stops. Use the ticket to enjoy a self-guided exploration of Hong Kong. There are 6 routes on which you can discover Hong Kong. You will be receiving the ticket for the 2-day trams access on board your TramOramic tour.
Many of the attractions are along the tram tracks. You can go to places of interest like Victoria Park, Central and Causeway Bay among many others. You will be provided with 7 thematic journey maps to equip you to explore the city on your own.
You can explore the city at your own pace and hop off at any of the stops to end the tour.
Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
Please present the voucher and a valid identification document to our staff upon boarding.
Customers will receive their ticket for the TramOramic tour as well as a pass for the HK Tramways. The HK Tramways pass is valid for the rest of that day and the two following days.
So there’s no last-minute rush please arrive at the start point 20 minutes early (last call 10 minutes prior to departure).
Children below the age of 4, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat will be carried free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Hong Kong Hop-on Hop-off tram ride is a regular tramway, they can hop-on hop-off at any stop. It works like any public transport network, a pass valid for 2 days for all the lines, unlimited use during the validity period.
